A personal favorite intimate wedding venue in the Catskills is The Foxfire Mountain House! Seriously, this Inn has it all. Updated into a relaxed “Bohemian Inn”, Foxfire is surrounded with views of the mountains and woodlands. The 10-acre grounds offer a pond, natural lily pool, a rustic glass pavilion, bonfire pits, and an eye-catching veranda. The outdoor tent-reception can accommodate 125 guests, all surrounded by the beauty of the grounds. You can expect astonishing photos from every well-decorated corner of this property.

Cedar Lakes Estate Wedding Venue

Almost on the border of Pennsylvania, Cedar Lakes Estate is the largest of the mentioned Catskills wedding venues! Situated on 500 acres, Cedar Lakes Estate boasts 2 lakes, heated pools, hiking and biking trails, bonfire pits, tennis, and basketball courts. It has amenities for fishing, boating, and field games. There is even a zip-line down the mountain that ends in the lake! At a venue so large, you will have no end of fun outdoor activities during your stay.

Next on my list is the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, which dubs itself an authentic and luxurious farm venue (for good reason). The owners have painstakingly restored this 125 acre farm. If you want the vibe of nature without sacrificing modern amenities, you will feel right at home in these restored and upgraded structures. Between the Chandelier Barn (holding 200 guests), the Hayloft, and the Afterparty Lounge, you have the opportunity to create a big weekend in several different spaces.

As other places on this list, Gilbertsville offers 31 lodging rooms in the “glamping” style. You can have up to 60 guests stay to celebrate with you! Enjoy the hammock park, goat yoga, a beer-burro (pack donkeys delivering drinks!), and a bonfire every night!

Handsome Hollow Wedding Venue

Rounding out this list of best Catskills wedding venues is Handsome Hollow!
